GEN
Regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
GEN, a MAS-regulated private investment platform, was established in 2019 to facilitate loans to a diversified pool of Singapore companies. Between 2019 to 2022, over $60 million was raised with a track record of zero defaults.
GEN obtained a Capital Market Services licence this year, which is issued and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), regarding Venture Capital Fund Management and is the appointed Fund Manager for the first alternative credit fund by the Goldbell Group.

Why Invest in Private Debt?
Potential For Higher Returns
Portfolio of early-stage companies and SMEs with high growth potential can result in potentially higher returns for investors.
Diversification
Diversification across industries and stages of development reduces risk associated with investing in a single business. Returns are relatively uncorrelated with those from other publicly traded asset classes.
Stable Income
Unlike equity investing, a private debt fund offers regular income via periodic dividends.
Access To Deals
Most startups and SMEs are not easily accessible for individuals to invest in.

Where Stability Meets Income Opportunity
Private credit AUM has grown by almost 3 times from US$342 bilion in December 2011 to US$1.4 trillion in June 2022, and is expected to reach US$2.3 trillion by 2027.
We maintain our track record of zero defaults by closely monitoring the investments, and evaluating throughout the lending cycle to identify early signs of financial distress and ensure that the debt position remains within agreed-upon parameters.
